Barnacles and sea grass from a trip yesterday to Lake Tabourie, on the South coast of NSW. One of the most beautiful beaches I've ever had the pleasure of wandering around on. There is a tidal channel that joins the two sides of the beach, with a windswept little island right in the middle. It's stunning.
I had been there years ago but it seemed more dramatic, more beautiful, this time. The clouds were heavy and dark which made the white foam on the waves look almost startling bright.
My mission is to go camp on the island one day and see the swell roll in from both sides.
