..it would be Josh Cochran.

The last illustration is particularly special because he mentions on his site that he was inspired by the final scene of Wong Kar-Wai's In the Mood for Love. I never would have seen the movie if I hadn't seen the illustration, and it really is a visually stunning, tenderly sad film (with a beautiful soundtrack too). The final scene is filled with that perfect sweet sadness.
